What are you going to do?
In this role, you have the unique opportunity to set up and elevate Test Automation to the next level. It's essentially an open project where you're in charge! As a Test Automation Engineer, you'll be instrumental in the quality assurance of our software products. You will design, maintain, and execute automated tests across various domains.

• Design and implement automated testing strategies
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts
• Collaborate with development teams for testability and code quality
• Analyze test results and communicate findings
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

Culture/the team
We are engaged in a comprehensive, multi-year program aimed at redefining our approach to building data products, which includes changes to our existing architecture and organizational structure. This initiative is anchored in a domain-driven architecture, with the objective of enhancing and harmonizing our data processing capabilities and technical infrastructure. Presently, we are in the process of transitioning to a structure of domain-based teams, supported by chapters that focus on specific skills and expertise.

Our Product & Tech department is comprised of 50 dedicated individuals, each with a deep passion for our products, technology, and data. At present, we are expanding our testing capabilities to better support several domain teams. In terms of management style, our organization maintains a flat, relaxed, and transparent structure. The work environment is characterized by openness, a friendly and sociable atmosphere, and an overall sense of enjoyment.

• Salary: €70.000 – €81.000 gross per year including 8% holiday allowance, based on 40 hours per week

Tech/background
We are looking for someone with a passion for software testing and a keen eye for detail.

• 5+ years in software testing, with 2+ years in automated testing.
• In-depth knowledge of automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, Postman or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English or Dutch
